If you are self-funding your therapy, the session will be £90 and typically lasts around 50-60 minutes.
Some workplaces are happy to cover part or all of the costs of therapy sessions as part of an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) or as part of their occupational health referral scheme. I’m happy to work with them to facilitate treatment and can offer a split invoice if your workplace are able to cover some of the session fee. For example, if they’ve said they’ll cover sessions up to £45, I can invoice them for £45 and do a separate invoice for yourself for the remaining amount if this will help keep costs down for you.
If you attend face to face treatment, the session will cost £95 - the higher fee covers part of the charge for the clinic room.
Please contact me directly to discuss costings for bespoke group events as these will vary depending on your requirements.

Throughout your treatment and at the final session, I donate a portion of the appointment fees to various charities. There are some that are particularly close to my heart and I’ve shared the links for these below. Please feel free to also let me know of any charities you support and I’d be happy to make donations towards them whilst we’re working together.
I aim to donate to charities with no or minimal overheads to ensure as much of the donation goes to those who directly need it.
Sheldrick Wildlife Trust: Haven for Elephants & Rhinos
The BeechBand - wearable medical tech device operating a pay it forward scheme (coming soon after their UK and international launch)
charity: water | Help Bring Clean and Safe Water to Communities

Throughout our work together, I also make paper copies of notes in the session and treatment plans (these are shredded once they’re typed up for confidentiality) but as you can imagine I can go through quite a lot of paper. To offset this, part of the fees from treatment sessions will go towards planting trees to benefit wildlife and the climate for the years to come.
